“4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard……

“This was my second Time to stay at this property in a month. I was there with a friend in October. I loved the house so much I booked it for this past few days. I love everything about the house. The kitchen is so big and electric plugs everywhere. Even under the sink. I had problems with WiFi at first. The issue was resolved. I recommend this house for a truly clean experience. ”

“The property was lovely and met all our needs. I did aptly misunderstand the listing, and thought there would be 3 bedrooms with beds, when there was 2 rooms with beds, and one with a pull out sofa. It still met our needs, so no worries. House was clean and comfy, with plenty of amenities to make or stay welcoming. ”

“Beautiful 6 bedroom & 6 bath home that can relax up to 22 people with an amazing ambiance of a perfect coastal retreat. We had 18 total in our party that included 10 kiddos & 8 adults and this house didn't disappoint in keeping all ages entertained from 1yr-62yrs old. Whether it’s was the heated pool/hot tub on the deck, to us fishing directly off the dock and catching flounder/trout/perch or just the absolute luxury of the entire house we absolutely love this place and plan to be back our next……

“We were a group of 7 moms and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep, hang out, and we loved that the kitchen table was big enough for us to play games comfortably. ”

“This was a very nice place for us. Really liked that it had a guest room downstairs with its own bathroom, so no one had to share. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that would be a negative were that there were not any dish towels in the kitchen and there were not any extra rolls of paper towels. Other than that, it was great.”

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“Kelli’s condo is BEAUTIFUL! And well stocked with anything you may need! We needed a peaceful get away as life has been crazy. And this was the perfect answer. We didn’t bring our pup this trip, but to see the love Kelli has for dogs was apparent. Bowls, dog bed, treats, etc for the fur babies was so nice to see! Will definitely be back with ours. Cannot wait to get back. ”

"There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. "
