“4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard……

“This is a nice house 3 blocks east of TX 35. Easy to get to. No views of water, but a solid place to stay. Fan in master bedroom makes a loud chirping noise, like a bird is stuck in your room, about every 1-2 minutes. So, I could not sleep w/ the fan on. Would stay again for fishing only. ”

“arrived late Tuesday evening. the house was perfect. entered no problem. cooked breakfast next morning and headed to port aransas. was gone until Wednesday evening. everyone slept well. woke up Thursday morning, fixed breakfast and then cleaned up. the ten o'clock check out is a little difficult to meet, but we made it. we would definitely stay again. loved the house. thank you for having us.”

“My family enjoyed our stay, we were comfortable and it was very cozy. The only recommendations I would have is putting new pans as the ones available were in poor condition and dirty. Adding some trash bags for the big trashcan in the Kitchen and updating the time frame to get to Port Aransas as the listing shows 26 mins and the drive was over an hour. Besides those few minor things, everything else was great and would definitely recommend!!”
