“Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have……

“Clean house, location is perfect for fishing and beach. Host reached back out in good timing for a question i had. Coffee and beach view every morning and relaxing with beach view at night. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to the water. It was maybe a 10 min drive to Rockport Beach. Probably a little less. HEB was nearby too. The kitchen has a mixer and a blender and large sized pots and pans - items I've found most rental properties to be lacking in. Though the largest pot was missing a lid. There were no pizza pan/cookie sheet (one or the other would have been really helpful), and pot holders.……

The house was definitely worth the price, and our 10-year-old loved celebrating her birthday there. We had a birthday dinner, and our other daughter had everything she needed in the kitchen for cooking.”

“The house is located in a great area, close to many places to eat, shop and browse. There is a golf cart rental service in the area that makes it fun to browse around. There is plenty of space in this open concept home. The management team are accessible if you have a question or need assistance. My parents are in their 80's and this home was easy for them to get around with no problems.”
