“My husband, myself, and our grown son with two of our doggos stayed here for Fourth of July weekend to visit with family that have a spot out on swan point. What a lovely rental with a fabulous kitchen and huge fenced backyard. The beds were comfy and the bathroom so nice! The owners were so easy to communicate with and I loved sitting out front with coffee every morning. Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood! Enjoyed going to Port O’connor and eating in Seadrift at Bubba’s!”

There are three private bedrooms downstairs and there is an huge upstairs bedroom that has beds for about maybe 12 people or more. Great for family reunions where you can put all the kids upstairs. Only problem is there is no restroom upstairs and only an outside entrance—no indoor staircase. So if you gotta tinkle at night—you gotta use the outdoor staircase and come into the main……

“Beautiful property that lives up to the pictures. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Fishing from the dock was a blast and the community has several other locations to wet a hook. Really loved the privacy and quietness. My son could fish his heart out while we soaked just feet away in pool. Town has a lot of little boutiques for the shoppers in your group. HEB and WalMart 5 minutes away and som good local restaurants (Pier 77 especially). Go ahead and spend the extra money……

“This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to the grocery store and food. It is within walking distance to to one of our favorite places to eat,The Boiling Pot, so that was a plus for us. The on-site management were great as well with assisting with any of our needs. I was only disappointed to hear that VRBO doesn’t allow for them to show all the room options on line and charges other fees the facility does not get so we will be booking directly through the venue next time.……
