“This place is gem. Very nicely situated with lots of space, a pool table, screened in porch, a pier with rails (rare), and a huge yard. The two king beds and all the bunk beds make it so easy to have several people stay. The house is so nicely stocked with so much more than I have ever seen. The hosts clearly love their place and want others to enjoy their time. Just down the way is a Marina with live band, bar, and restaurant...this place has it all. We also had Lavaca Bar B Que……

“Had a wonderful weekend at Yellowtail Flats. Perfect spot for a weekend in Rockport. We’ve been coming to Rockport for years to hunt and fish and this house was perfect for our weekend. Close to the St. Charles Bay boat ramp (if you’re meeting a guide) and located on the canal if your bring your own boat. Quick access to both St. Charles and Copano Bays. The house was in great shape and very nice and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family, multiple families, or a group of friends. Great……
