“Always a nice breakfast and happy hour. Room and pool area very well kept. MOST of staff were very friendly! Large dogs in room next to us and weren't made aware dogs were allowed on this property. I am allergic to large hairy dogs.”

“Such a pleasant experience! We were greeted by a lovely gal at the desk. She explained the amenities offered, breakfast service, and recommended a great restaurant near by; 17th Street BBQ. The breakfast was amazing, eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, pastry, etc. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.”

“Property under renovation.. guests loud in hall.. someone walked into my room while my man and i were in the middle of fornicating... didnt bother me.. im gay and a exhibitionist...just glad it wasnt a fat dude.”

“I can’t tell you how many times we said “what a beautiful location” this weekend! It is truly stunning! We enjoyed use of the lake and the many kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats they had. We also enjoyed feeding the miniature horses apples. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room! Close to the wine trail, Giant City and Carbondale. The host Brian was very friendly and checked to make sure everything was good upon checkin. All around great experience! We will be……

“The pool and gym looked inviting, but never a chance to utilize. Con: maybe some extended extended stay residents? One guy was passed out, head on the table at breakfast time. A bit unsettling, but I got over it.”
