“Great house in a good location. Will stay there again.”

“This guest home is situated on several acres off of a dirt road. There is an gate that encloses the property. This house is situated with another residence on the property with 2 friendly dogs. Could hardly hear a train in the distance and was not disturbed. The weekend country gunfire wasn't great, but luckily stopped by 11pm. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and bed had several fitted sheets upon stripping. ”

“This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. There was also a significant fly infestation that seemed to be primarily in the kitchen. I wondered if food had been left out, or if the trashcan……

“Very nice property and very close to downtown. Only drawback and I know it’s a newly listed property was linens and paper goods. Other than that it was a great great place. Would stay again. ”

“We stayed here for a Scarborough Faire weekend. It was great and the pool was perfect to cool off in after the hot days at the faire!”

“House was clean, comfortable, and just big enough for 4 people. This is a duplex which I did not realize from the photos or listing. Has memory foam mattresses which were ok for my wife but tough for me because I sleep hot. Location is convenient but not really with in walking distance if everything. Overall, accommodations were nice and it worked for our family.”

“Listing stated sleeping for 10. I counted only room for 8 unless couch is a sofa? We only had 7 so it didn’t affect us. Just something to be sure of if you need room for 10. I’m sure nice owner will explain”
