“The check in process took forever even though I was booked on Expedia. They didn't have free WIFI as advertised. Their water dispenser was broke at breakfast and when we asked for water they said we had to pay for bottle water. They disconnected all of our room keys because they thought we were there for only 1 night which we had booked 2.
