“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“It was a nice little cozy room. No fridge or anything in the room so don’t bring any left overs. In a great location if you’re going to broadway shows, shopping, eating and right next to time square. We literally walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff was nice. Checked us in right away. We had an issue with the door not scanning our room key but they took care of that quick too. I would stay there again”
