“We absolutely loved our stay at NaNa Vida. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the room was amazing. After a long day exploring Mexico City it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful hotel and calming environment. “Angelica was super helpful checking us in , accommodated us for early check in due to availability, the area around the property is safe lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer cleaning services although we didn’t use them. 24 hour security in the front of the property. “Guy and Fernando were so welcoming and had so many tips for us. They also sent over guides of the different neighborhoods which was very helpful. The chilaquiles and fresh fruit in the morning was delicious. The rooms were really nice and spacious with high ceilings and really nice decor. The only drawback for us was that on the last day the water ran out for a little bit, but other than that it was a great stay and we would fully recommend it to others!”
