“My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. “This rental house is currently for sale, which based on the state of the house it is clear the owner is not putting any effort into the upkeep of this house.
