“We hit major rain on the way in so we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the service was quick and easy. Which was fantastic since we were so tired bu that point. ”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“We were there for one night for a funeral; however, my fiancé grew up in the town. The service was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and clean - I love that they have Dove products for toiletries! The only downside/complaint was the outside lighting - parking lot lights would be nice or even having the hotel sign lit up.”

“Comfortable and clean room near shopping and restaurants. One elevator stopped working partway through our trip, increasing wait times but other than that, there were no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful!”

“The checking at 3pm wasn’t any problem and the lady (Christy) who help us at that time was excellent, but when we left to a family gathering and came back at 11pm, we ask a the service guests in the front desk (Michael) for towels he answered with an attitude and told us to bring the dirty towels first, we went to the room and the keys weren’t working, we came back to the desk we didn’t see anyone so we said “hello”, no response, we knock the desk softly since it was not a bell in the front……
