“The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️”

A complimentary breakfast was provided each morning in the common area, adding to the convenience of our stay. Its prime location allowed for easy access to numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance, while most major attractions were just a 10- to 15-minute drive away. I would stay here again in the future. ”

“We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn in N Huntingdon. We were in town for a wedding and we met with family (and small children) in the lobby for several hours the night before. The hotel staff were very accommodating. I was able to use the gym and found all the equipment in good order and clean. I works absolute stay here again. BUT do not book through Hotels.com. That site was a disaster”
