Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area……

“The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ……

“This cottage was perfect for our family of 3. Located in a charming village with great bus links into Oxford, we enjoyed the local pub for dinner, Waterperry Gardens to see the snowdrops, and having everything we needed in the cottage to make our stay easy. Communication with the owner was timely and easy. We loved learning about the history of the property and the village. We have already recommended to friends and if we find ourselves needing to stay in the area again, it will be our first……

“I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. ”

“I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED GOOD PRICES FOR 2 DAYS FOR 2 ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”

“Handy location. Suitable for couple. Very small kitchen, looked sufficient for short stay. We only used kettle and toaster, ate out or with family who lived nearby. Host aware made us aware of electricity outage - all sockets apart from kitchen. This meant no TV and had to charge phones, etc, in kitchen. Not fixed during our 4 night stay, hopefully fixed by now. No discount offered for this lack of full services.”
