“The hotel itself was beautiful, great location, views, the funicular down to the old town was just across the street. But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. They sent prices, we confirmed which one we want. They never confirmed it and there was no transportation organized. We ended up using Bolt, which worked well and was cheaper. “The good: staff deserves five gold stars for service, efforts and friendliness. Breakfast is great, enough choices. One of the staff managers Samir was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Professional skills, friendliness and a great sense of humor really made him a star of the show.
