“Beautiful hotel”

“Upon entering room seemed nice, until we started using the facilities. Carpet was frayed and dirty. Toilet roll dispenser was jammed. Mold around the bathtub. We booked specifically for the bathtub, but it had a very questionable waste socket which they claimed was rusr when it was mold. We didnt want ti fqll ill so didnt use. Bedding was horrible. Towels dirty. They wouldnt change the room either. Luckily we arrived at 10pm and had to check out for 6am to catch a flight. We were glad to get……

“Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications.”
