“They close all the air condition and they say its all one system and they can’t open it for different room, small room with a tiny window nobody can breath from it, its very bad i had to cancel the other two night and move to a better 5 star hotel, also they is no parking, the staff is bad nobody speak english, we order ice and they deliver it after 45 minutes, the bed was broken, nobody helped us with the bags, no laundry open i called before 6 PM and then they told me the laundry closed,……
