“Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Gute Betten, sauber. Leider an einer sehr befahrenen Straße gelegen - wen Verkehrslärm stört, sollte hier nicht übernachten. Bei Buchung sollte der Gast unbedingt seine Mobilnummer mitliefern - ab einer gewissen Zeit ist keiner mehr an der Rezeption und man steht schlimmstenfalls vor komplett verschlossenen Türen auf der Straße... Wir hatten Glück im Unglück und kamen zumindest zufällig ins Gebäude rein, um an der unbesetzten Rezeption dann eine……

“My request to change rooms was accomodated. Good breakfast options. Central.”

“My stay at Piccolo Mondo had no issues at all, everything was clean. We didn’t spend much time here as we were out from morning till night however we were comfortable, bed was very spacious, fits 3 people to be honest. We had the room only so can’t comment on breakfast but overall it was a smooth process, although there aren’t any staff members anywhere, the directions to get access into the building and room are very clear and they also provide a location to leave your luggage after check out……

“The hotel is near by the train station nord. The hotel is very clean, and new. Clean lady are nice, even I left tge tip to her, but she didnt take it. But the staffs in reception who without smiling. They look unhappy, that is Romanian style? I don't know. In general, the price is ok. And the hotel is so clean. I will come back if I come back. ”

“优点： 1.房间够大，一房一厅，几乎有45平米； 2.房间里有准备的水果，饼干，红酒，水，免费的咖啡机； 3.离老城近，走路8分钟； 4.前台服务不错 缺点： 1.房间窗户对着街道，对面就是药房，窗帘不遮光，一晚上都能感觉到灯光； 2.早餐实在是一般，对不起五星级酒店的称号，说句实在话，不好吃”

“Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet.”
