“Love this place! The room has everything you can possibly need. I know friends who have also stayed here and don't like how small the rooms are but I don't mind that. I love a well designed hotel room clearly meant for comfort, convenience and cleanliness.”

“I loved the location! It’s on the Freedom trail and across from Quincy Market so food and music was easy to find in the evening!! The staff was friendly and helpful including the valet. He gave me tips on where not to go after a certain time!”

"今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。"
