“The rental unit was falling apart. I've never seen a dump like this place. There was a maintenance request from the previous renters (which was dated May 31, we got there June 4) that stated there were bed bugs. And a host of other problems. We left immediately after calling the properties management, who never responded. On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd give this place a 5. ”

“We’ve visited this cute beach cottage several times previously and continue to enjoy every minute. Jeff is quite responsive, quickly resolving any need. The owners have a knack for decorating the cottage to create an ambience of sun and surf:-) Very short walk to beach. Added benefit- bringing our sweet dog to cottage! So much in the area-dolphin cruise, Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E, Virginia Aquarium, restaurants (we like Bubba’s), evening music on the Boardwalk, and great massages! We visited family……

“Great place, great location with plenty within walking distance. The somewhat complicated appearing instructions for the garage parking ended up being easy-peasy. We were surprised by mini fridge and table top icemaker - expected full fridge. Otherwise, absolutely lovely. ”

“Shore Thing Condo was awesome! Even nicer & more spacious than the pictures make it look. I'm particular about cleanliness - the place was spotless! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets & the SUPER easy elevator ride down to the beach. Having laundry in the room made our family's stay SO much easier! There is a trash chute & recycling drop off down the hall, & you are right next to the elevator, but don't worry: You can't hear it from the room at all! Free on site parking was a plus. Access to the property was convenient and everything we needed was within a short walk or drive. Our Property manager, Margie was very responsive to our needs and checked in to see if everything was working or if we needed anything. She replaced a grill that was not in good repair with a new one in time……

“Property was very nice and beach was great. Close to several things which made it easy to get around. Parking spots very small and second twin bed can’t be pulled out all the way making it difficult to use. Really enjoyed are stay. Manager was very responsive.”

“The place was everything we could have wanted for our vacation! We had a group of 9 of us and we had plenty of space and then some. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook. We loved the pool and grill area. It was so great to be right on the beach. The location was great right next to 2 restaurants. The only downfall was the swim up bar was not open during our entire stay. We loved this place! Highly recommend for large families!”
