“Had a very pleasant stay recently! Was a little nervous considering the area, but this newly renovated hotel met my expectations.The woman checking me in was kind, thorough and pleasant. The one downside was hearing the TV next door, late at night and early morning. Otherwise, no complaints. Would book here again in the future.”

“A nice property. A scant but adequate buffet. One very off note: While we were having breakfast one of the housekeepers had a very loud complaint about another housekeeper at the front desk. A manager with two brain cells to rub together would have told her to bring her complaint to the office, and away from the guests..”

“From the second we stepped in we were greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shower was a bit old but this is not an issue. There are a few restaurants inside the hotel which is very convenient. Overall it was an incredible stay and I would come back if I find myself in Scranton again. ”
