“Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours. ”

“Nice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. The toilet handle was broken and I guess they expected me to use the cup and bucket to flush, but they fixed the handle when requested. TV was beautiful but didn't……

“First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally……

“Für kurze Erholung Nähe Manila sehr gut. Lage direkt am Wasser. Restaurant Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner schrecklich. Keine frischen Speisen, alte Fertigpizza, Weine die auf der Karte stehen alle ausverkauft. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant. Man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt und den Eindruck man steht kurz vor der Pleite. Aus der Küche gab es wohl nur Restbestände. Ich war vor 1,5 Jahren schon einmal da und da war alles sehr gut. ”
