“One issue - we booked a room for four, but upon arrival they gave us 2 rooms and we did not get proper explanation, why! (maybe language barrier?) Although there was no extra fee, but it caused some inconvenience as we traveled as a family. Another point for improvement - i suggest to the hotel owner - you can offer 2 card keys to make the stay more comfortable.”

“Before the check in day, the receptionist text me they can provide airport tranfer between hotel. One way transfer is €50 . Normally , it costs around .€30. Because I arrive Istanbul in morning 6:00 a.m. and I can arrive hotel on 8;00 am. For early Check in, it asks me for €50 . I dont accept thr offer and go for sightseeing.
