“Van de buitenkant oogt het als een gewoon Napolitaanse appartementencomplex. Van binnen ontpopt het zich als een zeer leuk hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien met heel stijlvol gestileerde kamers. “We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away. ”

“The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.”

“This property was lovely. We spent part of our honeymoon here and found this place so easily accessible and close to so many restaurants, right beside the beach, the ferry port, bus stops. The site itself is quite cool, you enter an old looking building and are met with an elevator that takes you up to a cute suite. Very secure and safe feeling. Each suite had their own fridge space in a main kitchenette. Each day, the fridge section that belonged to your room was filled with water and juice!……

“這是一次十分糟糕的體驗。首先，我跟朋友們預約了數間三人房間，預約時是說會有「一張雙人床、一張單人床」，結果有些房間卻只有「一張雙人床、一張比較長的硬沙發」，跟櫃檯反映說是我們預約了這種房間就是沒有單人床，無法替換。我不清楚這是Expedia還是酒店的問題。其次，房間的隔音很差，會聽到走廊及隔壁的聲音，情況對被分配到101房間的朋友而言更是嚴重。因為酒店只有一檯升降機，且升降機每次只能選擇一層，期間其他樓層無法按升降機，很不方便，以致大多數的住客都乾脆走樓梯，使正對著通往地面的樓梯的101房間經常被腳步聲煩擾。第三，洗澡的體驗也很糟糕。這個情況只發生在101房間，但有點誇張所以特地說一下。101房浴室的地台淺得幾乎沒有，洗澡時很容易就把水溢出到房間裡。而且熱水也很不穩定，試過不止一次洗澡到一半沒有熱水，就算前檯派人上來修理後也是一樣。此外還有不少零星的問題，比如是空調固定在26度又沒有吹風，使房間十分悶熱；以及房間的插座位根本就不夠房間裡的電器使用等等。”
