“Hotel Helios was such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was amazing, the lovely ladies at reception were so accommodating, helpful and kind. They explained the best places to go, helped us book a dinner reservation, as well as a tour of the amalfi coast, and explained where everything was in the hotel. “We loved our visit! Accademia 39 is located in Sorrento's historic town center so we could easily wander the narrow traffic-free streets, shops and restaurants. Accomodations were beautiful, relaxed and welcoming, Nadia and Mavi went out of their way to help in guiding and connecting us in how to best explore the Amalfi area. “Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.”

“Modern and stylish decoration. Very clean and spacious room. The staff are really friendly. Our room is just next to the rooftop restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the morning as they started to prepare the breakfast around 7:15 am. However it did not really affected us since we are early risers. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the train / bus station, and 10 minutes to the port. Highly recommended!”
