“Perfect location. Clean. Good size rooms. Kitchen has everything needed. Smart TV. Bedrooms have full-size closet with accessory hanger to accommodate all your clothes; and full-size mirror. Wonderful not to live out of your suitcase on the floor like some places. Bathroom has sink with counter and plenty of storage drawers for your items. Walk in shower. Plenty of easy parking. Washer & dryer. I cannot say enough good about this place with everything so thoughtfully planned out. I will……

“We stayed with lots of family for our daughter's graduation from Grand Valley State University. The house is so well stocked with everything you need to cook — inside and out. There are also lots of games and activites that will make your stay feel like home. Highly recommended!”

“Everything was great. Very nice and well maintained. I’m 70 and I thought it would be nice to have a grab bar in the bath tub for saferty reasons. The steps leading into the house could also use a rail to make it easier on us old people. We also liked the tablet available to chat for any questions we had. Our questions via chat were answered and helpful promptly. we enjoyed everything. ”

It was not resolved for 27 hours, but at least now they have a generator in place for the next time this might happen. The kitchen was well stocked and appreciated. Communication was easy. “The VRBO was used for a bachelor party weekend and all of the guys had a great time and really appreciated the property. There was a lot of room and things to do both inside and out. Dave is a wonderful host and is very attentive to detail. He checked in the day before check in to make sure everything was ready to go and even secured an early check-in for the group.
