“Even tho we were only in the area for work purposes. This place was amazing to come back to. We were able to shower, cook dinner, and relax on the back facing the water. The grill and pizza oven came on handy too! Alex was a wonderful host. If we are back in the area, we will definitely rebook!”

“Please see my previous review for more info.These are some extra details:The towels and sheets are all provided. There are also cleaning supplies that are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, both cooking and serving utensils, regular dishes and glasses as well as the paper plates and plastic cups. There are hand soaps at all of the sinks and even dishwasher pucks. Paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. There is also laundry……

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we needed, and store was only 10 minutes away. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn’t any issues! We came to watch our daughter play college softball and we would definitely stay again if she has more games in the area.”

“I recently stayed at this house and it's exactly as described in the listing... The house itself is beautiful with a lovely fenced in yard that is ideal for families with fur babies. However, I must say my experience with evolve the property management company. It is horrible. They overcharge for their so called services which did not add value to my stay. Also I want to mention I was dismayed to find out that previous Tenants, we're very disrespectful, and defecated on the bathroom carpet……

“The visit was for a memorial service for a family member so we did not get to enjoy the surroundings. However, the host provided a guest book that included information about some of the area.The house was just as advertised. The 3 stars was because my son accidentally ran over a small section of a decorative fence. Several times he/tried to get in touch with the host to settle a solution- leave money for it, replace it before we left. Did not hear back regarding that. The host did keep checking……

“We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and this was by far the best equip home we have stayed. This is a great location near Cherokee lake. It also have a great firepit and yard area. I would highly recommend this home to stay in Rogersville!”
