“Stayed 3 nights as we were visiting the Rock n Roll and Football hall of fame. Communication was great, as were directions for parking garage and check in. Place wasn’t cleaned well by the cleaning service and we had to wash and fold the dirty towels that were left. We also had to sweep the place. After that things were okay. The building is older but within walking distance to a lot of things! Public transportation is easily accessible across the street too! It is a quiet building, which was a……

“You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay”

“The host was awesome and super helpful. I got this place for some friends of mine, and he was very patient in working with us to make sure they were able to check in. It was super clean, well stocked, there was all types of cooking utensils, even an air fryer! The bathroom was well stocked with hygiene products, and even some snacks! “This was a super cute, well maintained apartment right in the heart of little Italy. Tons of personal touches for travelers and within walking distance to the main drag. Downsides, one way tiny streets and limited parking. Very thin walls/ceilings (could clearly hear conversations upstairs and felt we were doing the weed with them) and hot tub is a short distance from back door and not as private as listing led to believe. But overall, an incredible stay. Will book again. ”
