“I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the prompt responses I received every time I had a question or concern regarding my reservation. However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. Unfortunately, we did not receive any shampoo, and although we had towels, there were only two provided for three adults. Additionally, the washcloths appeared to be dirty. When we prepared……

“It’s a fantastic choice if you would to visit the city Cleveland. All things of living they provided for you and your companies. Highly recommended!”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication leading up to our arrival was fantastic. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The area around the building had tons of great restaurants and shops we could walk to. We were in town for a baseball game and loved that the stadium was an easy walk. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market were both easy to get to. Will stay again next time we're in Cleveland. ”

“We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. ”

“Enjoyed our stay.Only complaint, really, was that one of the bunk bedrooms only exit was through the master bedroom. Not a big deal.Home is old, it well kept. ”

“This was a great location, as I had several appointments at Cleveland Clinic. We like the neighborhood, the street was super quiet and the neighbors were very kind.
