“The Abode On the Sea is very charming. The bed was especially comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The view is spectacular! I especially appreciate the hot water on demand and great water pressure. The abode is very accessible to the lovely town of Winslow/Bainbridge Ferry and other attractions like several beaches, the Grand Forest and a quick drive to the Rolling Bay Area and Bloedel Reserve (a must see natural delight). “The house is very cozy and the views are breathtaking. Large deck to sit and enjoy. There is quite a few steps to get down to the beach but they’re maintained very well with comfortable railings and are very easy to use.Even though it is an older house it has all the amenities that you might need. Kitchen is fully stocked not only with cooking equipment but also with tons of spices and condiments. Even mini coffee/ tea bar.The process of booking was smooth and pleasant. “We had a terrific experience and I would recommend to a large family! This is a kind of cabin-feel get away in the woods of Bainbridge. It’s tucked away from the hustle of the quaint downtown but yet close to all you want to see. The Japanese-American Memorial was 5 min away and a no miss and the “across the road” view of Seattle is breathtaking and lots of ways to walk and enjoy the neighborhood.
