“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”

“Stayed here with my family of 6 last November. The staff was amazing and could speak English very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food options here and next door at the Rose. We also took their shuttle to the Sunset and loved that place even more. Maybe next time we'll try it out but the PB Blanco was wonderful and I see why so many people love this place.”

“The hotel is very nice and has some nice restaurant options. The grounds are very pretty. The golf carts will bring you anywhere you want to go and we never waited long for one. The downside and why I took away a star is because we didn’t have hot water all week. When it’s chilly in the evening and you have to get ready to go out, I don’t want to take a room temperature shower. Called several times and they pretended to fix it. Very frustrating. I’m not the first person with water issues at……

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……

“Overall an enjoyable and affordable stay for good value. There is some construction nearby for another building and some of the facilities are limited (example is the hottub is usually full of people). Would recommend for a couple or a family looking for a cozy and easy vacation. ”

“Very nice room with plenty of room. Two baths were nice. The cleaning ladies did a great job of keeping the room clean. The room had a great view of the marina. We did not like the noise of the bars/night club which played very loud music to around 12:00. The property is large and very spread out requiring lots of walking to do all activities. During breakfast, the sparrows often picked food from the spoons people were using. Very good overall with lots of pluses.”
