“I stayed in room 8 for one night, clean room very comfy large bed amazing shower (water pressure was superb). We stayed on a Thursday night and they had live music on for an hour & then karaoke in the bar & restaurant 👍. The food was excellent there was a large selection of Indian food & some traditional dishes ( I had the chicken schnitzel with sauted potatoes & broccoli…v good. I’d also like to mention Sydney the extremely hard working barmaid, she never stopped all night 👏👏👏”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. “There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”

“Excellent experience, staff are super attentive, friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, food in their restaurant fantastic. If you dont have a car though be sure to request taxi numbers ahead of time, there is no other transport from the Gleneagles train station. ”

“Meikleour Arms is a unique inn on a large estate (hence "Arms," which refers to the coat of arms of the estate owner. Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality.
