“This worked out great for me. Rooms were well kept and staff was nice. Very basic breakfast (yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice) but enough to get the day started. Enjoyed the other ladies in the shared room. I was busy all day and just needed a place to sleep. Hot tub wasn’t warm at all but everything else was great”

“After concluding a conference in San Diego, my husband and I drove up the coast for a few nights in Laguna Beach before returning back to the East Coast. Tara’s place was perfect for us and she is a lovely and accommodating hostess! It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, inside and out. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. “We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024…it was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. It was a 10 min drive to Disneyland and close to many shops and restaurants. Prior to our visit I had sent a few messages to the hosts with various questions and they were always quick to reply. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip back to the LA area…highly recommend! ”

“My siblings and I took my mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday. The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to restaurants and easy access to the Balboa Island ferry. The guest portal was easy to use and had all the information we needed. It made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. There was also a lot of communication from the property management company, which I liked. The property was very clean and on the 3rd level of the condo complex, just high enough to get a great view……
