“We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My family truly enjoyed our stay at your home! It was more than accommodating for all of us, and the swimming pool was definitely the highlight for our kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to other families with children—thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“The WiFi was a little spotty, but we have no other complaints! We came here with a family of 10, including a 3, 4 and 7 yo. Everyone had a great time, especially at the pool and the game room. The property is extremely close to Disneyland (12-min drive) which is amazing. It also came with a lot of beach toys, floaties and umbrellas which made it super easy for us to go visit Laguna beach over the weekend (30-min drive). I’d highly recommend this place to families who are in the area for……

“Clean, good location within easy walks of beaches, reasonable rate. Parking is a bit tight but ok, and a necessity in Laguna Beach. Having a full fridge and kitchen is useful, and rooms are a good size. Overall, a place I would book again.”
