“Great place to stay and lay your head to rest after exploring the adorable town of Helen. As the listing notes, this is a bedroom with a private bath, which is all we needed. Great location to walk around the downtown area. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating was because a few minor details were overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing major and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the stay was okay. The description of the room is a little misleading, said there was a kitchen when there was not. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. So be prepared to buy utensils and eat out. The towels provided were dirty and seemed like they had not been replaced recently. The email we received afterward stated a hot tub and grills. “Had never been to Helen before and was a little worried about where we could stay that was dog friendly. This unit was great! Staff on site was great and always available. There was a nice park across the street for walking my dog. Great location for walking through town and close to more restaurants than I had the chance to try out. “We had a great stay at this property in Demorest, GA. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with easy parking just a few feet from the front door. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in peaceful downtown Demorest was perfect for exploring the scenic North Georgia mountains. We did have a small issue with the water heater at first, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—hot showers for the rest of the trip! Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.”

“This home is beautifully decorated, like the feeling of professionally decorated. Furniture, beds, decors, kitchen items etc. Hosts are very thoughful and sweet. They even surprised me with balloons and bday cake when I casually mentioned it was bday. This house is closed to restaurants/shops/activities, walking distance or less than 10mins drive. “We were looking for a night away near a disc golf course for my husband to play in GA within 3 hours of Charlotte. We drove to Toccoa, had a fabulous lunch at R&R Terminal then a round of disc golf at Rose Lane Course. I’ll add this is a great complex with several playgrounds for kids. We then drive 20 mins to our quaint little stay in Demorest. Cute and clean studio. We ate dinner at Chicagos Pizza about 2 miles away. A great weekend away and the studio was perfect! Very clean and comfortable!”
