“Nice, clean, quiet, with attentive host that kept us well suppled with clean linens and fresh garden vegetables. We stayed at the Cottage for 17 nights. It is far enough off the beaten path but still close enough. We had deer outside the kitchen window in the morning. We spent our time exploring the Blue Ridge Mts and the Fourth of July with family in the Atlanta suburbs. Plan to visit again ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place Cozy Cottage. The special touches that Paul and his wife provided were very appreciated. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. Although not mentioned in the listing, there is a full-size washer and dryer. One of the best values on Lake Lanier. A great cozy getaway!! Also wonderful because we were able to see some deer. Paul was communicative and very helpful. A wonderful host! We highly recommend this property. ”

And we didn’t cook or use the fully stocked kitchenette area (except coffee in the morning) because too many fun restaurants in Helen! Great communication with hosts. ”
