“From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!”

“We had a great time in St Gen. Real nice, quiet town with good dining. Sam's VRBO is a nice place with lots of room if your staying with a bigger family. We definitely enjoyed our stay. ”

“Nice, in-town location. Great to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Easy to walk most places. Clean, comfortable full-sized beds; kitchen small, but worked for us. Owner might consider an antenna to pick up local tv stations. Overall, no complaints.”
