“Overall, this was a very nice experience! We only stayed 1 night but everywhere was clean and easy to find. The only thing I didn't really like was there was no way to lock the tent so initially I was a little nervous. The neighborhood looked a little rough and old but everything was clean and very quiet so it wasn't an issue. The bathrooms were a fair walk up the hill so we drove up whenever we needed to use them but they were very clean. Overall, it was good. ”

“I am so grateful to have had the pleasure to stay at the blueberry hideaway cabin. I really needed to get away and have some peace and quiet. I made a really great choice. Blueberry hideaway is nestled comfortably between other cabin spaces up a mountain. Although there were other cabins, it truly was secluded and I don't think any of the other cabins were rented while I was there. I didn't see another person or another car the entire time I was there. I just wanted waterfalls mountains, nature……

“A few really great things - this cabin was in a great location, very close to Boone and the Parkway. We saw a few deer at the cabin. The AC works great. Mattress was very comfortable. Cabin was decorated nicely. A few things that needed attention. The hot tub had a good bit of dirt in it and the owner said that would be remedied, but it was not. Hot tub has one small panel for privacy. People parking above can see right into it. The hot tub filter also makes loud sucking noises at times. A……

“We couldn't have booked a better spot in rhe mountains. Sharing time with nature is invaluable. The cabin was clean, contained everything we needed, and was comfortable. The cabin is somewhat rustic, which I expected. Loved the back porch overlooking the creek. I could listen to the gurgling of the water from the porch and my bedroom. Only one problem with our stay: fruit flies. We purchased a fruit fly catcher and caught over 200. Never could get rid of all of them. Would book again if fruit……

“Stayed here with my two Doodles while working 12+ hour days post Helene. Being able to start and end the day in house vs a hotel room makes the long days much easier. It was an absolute luxury to have a full kitchen AND a washer and dryer. The property was as described. The host was wonderful! Exceeded all expectations. Would love to come back one day when I can enjoy my coffee on the expansive patio and take a dip in the hot tub. NOTE: the 4-wheel drive part of the listing is no joke. The roads……
