“It's not easy to find lodging for our large family all under one roof. This house is perfectly suited for all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked, the view is phenomenal (especially the sunrise), with plenty of amenities for everyone: tennis, pickle ball, fire pit, hot tub, theater, horses and woods nearby, and a piano. Plenty of sleeping berths, too! Management is very responsive. Great experience!”

“We stayed here for my daughter's birthday weekend. Boone had a lot of snow and ice the week before, and neighbors helped my husband get up the road to the house. The VIEW was beautiful! The house is huge, and there was plenty of space for my daughters' friends, my sons' friends and my husband and I. It was a great location. We went sledding on Strawberry Hill (GREAT experience!), and went to Hawks Nest tubing. The kids loved the hot tub, the pool table, the hang out room downstairs. We……

“This house was just perfect for my family (with young adult children) to meet up for a summer vacation. The house had everything we needed and was spotless! While there were plenty of things to do in the area, we also enjoyed just hanging out and enjoying the house, cooking meals, playing pool, making smores and enjoying the views and nature! It is an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock for dinner. Banner Elk is not far but the roads are a bit scarier at night.”

“Gorgeous house. Beautiful views. Horses on the property that you can pet. Carport connected. Private “in law suite” with small kitchen and bathroom. All the amenities one might need. Awesome communication with owner. Responds quickly and is very helpful. Donor hesitate and rent this house. If you rent in the winter with possible ice or snow, you will want to drive a 4 wheel drive of some sort. ”
