“We were well located to the downtown area of Asheville, no more than a 5 minute walk to reach some very worthwhile coffeeshops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. I enjoyed the apartment; my highlight being the bathrooms, they felt like a luxury spa bathroom. ”

“The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was lovely. We enjoyed breakfast at the bakery 2 day. We were also happy to receive the get you started packs with Coffee and to find individual coffeemate and half and half in the fridge! A nice touch. A short walk to Trader Joes where we picked up something for Sunday breakfast when bakery was closed! Would have liked to know somethink about the history of this building.”

“We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! Thank……

“We will go back again. I recommended to anyone but we couldn't handle the smoke cigarettes from the next door. We did not enjoy the balcony which is very nice. You need specific place at the property for people who smoke. When.we got there the floor was very thirty i cleaned it with a little towel. Beautiful property it need some repair outside specially the stairs the handles are thirty and need to go please,because people can fall down they are checking parking lot need be mark the alarm……

“Easy to follow check-in directions, entry codes worked perfectly. Very clean, appointed with necessities. Great location downtown Asheville with beautiful views of the mountains through the large picture window or sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine.
