Easy access to lots of hiking trails and other nearby attractions, great home base for anything you want to do in the western UP. We were there just as a family of 4 but there was plenty of space for larger groups ”

“This is an older property that's well kept up. The main bathroom is large and very nice - great if you have a group of women getting ready at the same time! We didn't go downstairs at all so cannot speak for those amenities but the rest of the house was comfortable. We needed 3 bedrooms so this worked out great for us. ”

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Penny house! The Host was very responsive and the house was super clean and well stocked. The grill out in the backyard and the seating by the fire pit was great! It was also really nice to have access to the garage. The location is perfect for whatever activity you choose. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!”

“Family of 11 had a wonderful week at the Elk House Hideaway. The property is beautiful and secluded so you can have a plenty of peace & quiet. The house was perfectly sized for us. Lots of space to cook and enjoy dinner together and also spread out for some alone time. There are some good restaurant choices in the area if you don't feel like cooking. We rented a pontoon for the week from Land O' Lakes Boat rental so we could fully enjoy Lake Gogebic. Highly recommend getting a boat if you……
