“I loved this place! Lots of history, super-nice staff. The room isn't fancy but it's roomy and has everything you need. Lovely front patio to enjoy the weather. The included breakfast was the best I had on my trip. Cashel is a charming town, with the Rock of Cashel looming above all. I'd stay here again. ”

“Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helped with all our queries. Parking was ideal and well worth the price. The room had everything we could ever have needed and with a well appreciated balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, with a shower to look forward to. Very impressed, and will return next time I say in Kilkenny.”

“We stayed at Rafter's for our first night in Ireland, and it was a great start to the trip. The location was perfect, only about a five minute walk to Kilkenny Castle. Gerry was an awesome host, he made us feel so welcome and even invited my mother-in-law behind the bar to make an Irish coffee to compete with his. After dinner, we had a drink at the pub and there was live music; it only played until 9:30, so it didn't keep us from sleeping! The breakfast was included and there were many options,……

“We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. “All aspects of the hotel are excellent What stood out for us on out recent visit was the attitude and standards of all the staff. The accommodation is a very good standard with excellent gym, pool and spa facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. The coffee lounge was well used, and provided us with a lovely luncheon box on for our visit to the airport.
