“We checked in slightly early the front staff greeted us very friendly and very accommodating, we had an issue with the lock at our door and the manager Patrick came by, and after realizing the issue was bigger than anticipated, he immediately changed our room to a suite, very apologetic, the area around the hotel was busy but the hotel is quiet. Fantastic hotel, definitely we will be back to this hotel next year”

“The Green Hotel is located in a great spot just off St Stephens Green, meaning you can walk to just about anywhere in Dublin in 20 or so minutes. The staff were great, very friendly and always very helpful, I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Dublin.”

The cleanliness is good but the condition of the rooms on our stay have been somewhat lacking on small details. Dirty skirting, chipped or damaged paint, unfinished faux leather trim on bedside etc. the beds also for some reason in each room I’ve stayed have no breaks on the roller wheels and will move aggressively at the slightest nudge which is inconvenient and surprising when it……
