“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. “The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. “Excellent location and a room facing the courtyard was without noise. Hotel is right off the light rail/train line and also one block from the Ha'Penny pedestrian bridge with quick access to The Temple district. Staff were friendly and helpful although we never ate/drank at the hotel. The only complaint would be the size of the room--we're fine with a small room and expected that, but there was really only room for one suitcase. “Excellent, new build property. Modern, fresh and clean. The rooms were excellent - the showers were so lovely you didn’t want to get out!! Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice to set you up for the day - and the hotel is so conveniently located for places such as Guinness Storehouse, Dublinia and Temple Bar to name but a few! Special shoutout to Cristina and Gabi on reception who kept in contact with us before we arrived - as our flight had a 2.5h delay and we didn’t arrive until gone……
