“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. “The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. ”

“I booked this hotel during our stay at Dublin. i booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with friends. The hotel was lovely and location was absolutely amazing. Everything was so close by there was no need for public transport or taxis other than to and from the airport. It was just across the bridge to temple bar and so easy to walk to both the guiness factory and Jameson distillery. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dublin.
