The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星”

“My forth stay at the Pembroke and a great surprise they have started doing a hot breakfast so a full Irish was served twice during my 4 night stay along with still offering a continental breakfast.
