“The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. No hot water at all. On check out I told them there was no hot water and they said……

“Top tier modern style hotel. Customer service, housekeeping, amenities were all impeccable. Walking distant to department stores, restaurants, grocery store, entertainment, movies and more. My go to hotel next time my family visists Albuquerque!”

“Friendly staff, gave us warm cookies for check in. ”

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the place where I had business, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice to have. Overall, still a good experience and I would consider staying again.”

“Only complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel ”

“Quick and easy overnight stay for the road. Did find a piece of a roach in the hotel room that disturbed me, but exactly what you’d expect from a 2 star stay”

“I enjoyed the coffee and the space. Beds were comfortable and Host was great.”
