“This was a very nice experience overall. Good location as we were at the sandia tramway earlier. Very clean room and comfortable beds. We stayed in the "artist" room and had a nice view of the city. What really made it the stay even better was the welcoming and very hospitable front desk agent Rachel, she was so awesome! ”

“Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to……
