“We took our family with small children to see the hot air ballooon festival, and we very much enjoyed the little touches like coloring pages and markers for the kids in the lobby. The staff was all very friendly and kind. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. “When we were on our way it was raining hard and we called to make sure they wouldn't give up our room. When I got there they told us they gave up our room. The lady at the front (Maria) let me know that the front desk lady that was there when I called walked out during a rush and she just got there. She was kind and apologetic and was able get me and my family into two rooms quickly and they covered one room for us. She was so helpful and kind.
