“The hotel was very nice, staff was nice but not very attentive. We went to the rooftop and our oder was forgotten, we asked for refills on the complementary room amenities from the fron desk and these were also forgotten. Housekeeping picked up but did not really clean. Although the breakfast service was very good.”

“First thing, i dont think i was even going to get the initial room i had booked. The room i was initially given was a bit small and someone was still enjoying their stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and got us another room and since it was smaller; I got a partial refund. That was pretty much the only problem we had experienced. I will continue to book this hotel because it also gas various resturants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great customer service and parking.”

“We had a nice quiet stay. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It’s right off the highway and near lots of food. It is also walkable to a maverick that is located right next door. ”

“I choose this hotel whenever I come to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good breakfast. However, the billing isn't upfront seems unhonest. You debited my account full amount without informing me how much or you were even doing it in the first place. This happened 2xs in 1 visit! ”
