“Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to……

“Great location and wonderful new hotel. I especially like the mattresses being encased. This helps reassure the mattresses are being kept in good shape and not fostering bed bugs or other issues. Staff was fantastic. More visibility with security would be appreciated in the parking lots as theft is a huge problem in ABQ. ”

“It was a delightful step in the past staying in a refurbished mansion! I enjoyed the sitting area in room Route 66! The bed was comfortable, shower adequate. Breakfast was delicious and artistically presented and the weather was such that we got to enjoy it outside on the patio!”
