“Ich warne vor dem Zimmer Nr. 6 Der Fahrstuhlschacht ist Bestandteil dieses Zimmers. Es knackt, brummt, rumpelt und rattert jedesmal wenn der Aufzug benützt wird. Kein Schlaf möglich, erst ab 1:30 Uhr, dann aber auch nur bis 6:30 Uhr. Ich hatte 2 Nächte gebucht, habe mir für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Hotel genommen. Wer erstattet mir die Mehrkosten ?”
