“We only stayed 2 nights but were satisfied with the house and yard. Our dogs were not use to a fenced yard so they stayed on the deck. We never leave our pets alone.We are older and could have used a bath mat in the tub/shower and a hand rail in the shower. ”

“This home is located close to downtown Brevard and everything Brevard has to offer. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. One of our goals was to see a white squirrel and we did not have to go far, as there was one in the front yard when we arrived. ”

“I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was……

“Just as listed, the home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for all our needs. The outside fire pit was nice to unwind to at the end of each hiking day as was the jet tub inside. Loved the cozy couches and beds and large tvs. ”

“My husband and I were joined by our adult son for the weekend. Our goal was to get away to a beautiful area, do some hiking, see some waterfalls and spend time with our son. This was the perfect spot. It was clean and comfortable. There was a book at the cottage describing the hikes, waterfalls and other scenic places in the area and that was most helpful. The porch with rocking chairs was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Checking in was difficult, since I had not been sent the……

“We loved the space we all had. It’s roomy and had everything we needed. Some recommendations: new pans, we cook quite a bit and the surfaces were pretty scratched up. New lighting for bathrooms. When you are getting ready for a wedding etc you need lighting.. We would stay here again loved the views and the porch. ”
