“Property is in walkable distance from Asheville regional airport. Clean and well maintained. Staff was very courteous. I enjoyed my stay ”

“Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet. ”

“We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. ”

“We stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estate from Thursday through Saturday morning, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our visit coincided with the 4th of July, and the fireworks display on Friday night was absolutely breathtaking — a highlight we’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. “The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”
